Is a transfer going to cost me real life money?
No. You won't have to pay for a transfer with real life money. Never. We charge a rate, but it is related to in game currency.
What is this rate you are talking about and how is the rate calculated?
The rate is calculated based on how much currency we have in stock on your Home server and on your Destination server. If we have a lot of money on your home server and we are low on stock on your destination server the rate is going to be a bit higher. If we are low on stock on your Home server and overstocked on your Destination server the rate is going to be lower.
Ohhh, ok, that is the rate you were talking about then. Can you lower it? :D
Unfortunately no. So many people ask us to lower the rate everyday, if we did lower the rate to you we should lower the rate to others too, or it would be unfair. And if we lower the rate "Just this time" to everyone who asks us to lower the rate, we wouldn't be able to run this service anymore. :)
Do I need to contact you directly using any IM program like before to ask for a transfer?
There is no need to contact us directly using any IM program anymore as you can do everything online using our website, but if you have any problems with your transfer please contact us and use your Transfer ID as reference. We are online on all IM programs everyday and ready to help you. :)
I can't contact you on <insert a IM program here, ex: MSN> and I really really need to talk to you, what should I do?
If you are having troubles contacting me on a particular IM program try downloading another IM program and contact me there. It works 99.9% of the time! :)
I have some real life money I would like to spend on my character. Do you sell currency on my game for real life money?
We do not sell game currency for real life money. You can easily find people who sell currency on google, though. I personally recommend dfgames, as their service is really nice and they have helped us a lot.

What is the meeting location for City of Heroes?
The meeting location is by the Train Station in Atlas Park.
When I select CoH and I have to type how much I have to offer it asks for K Influence. What is it?
One K means one thousand. If you want to transfer 100 thousand Influence, type 100, as it means 100K Influence. If you want to transfer 1 Million Influence just type 1000 as it means 1000K Influence.

How do I deliver money or receive money from DMT on DAOC? Do we have to meet in game?
Yes, we must meet in game to receive money or to deliver money to each other. Meeting location is by the Channelers in the main city for all servers, but Mordred and Gaheris.

I created my transfer and I am in game waiting for more than 15 minutes now. What should I do?
If you still weren't contacted in game, then probably something is wrong. Sometimes a wrong Home information is selected by mistake, and we can't send you a tell in game, or sometimes we are having problems, etc. Anyway you should contact us on any IM program, with your Transfer ID to get it completed. :)
Do I need to dual log to transfer my plat to another server?
No, you don't need to dual log to transfer plat. You will give me the amount you want to transfer on your home server, then we log on your destination server and I will give your plat there. :)
Can you dual log for my transfer, please?
Sure! I can dual log on request, just let me know! :)
My money is split on three different characters, is there a problem if I log out/log in to transfer it to you?
There is no problem at all. Just make sure to move all your characters to the meeting location before creating the transfer, for a faster transaction. Create the transfer with the name of the first character you are going to be logged in and pass the other char names in game.
Can you meet me somewhere else other than your meeting locations?
No, I can't. I am usually too busy to move around/wait/teleport, it takes time to move to another location and then move back to my meeting locations. So I ask you to move to my meeting locations. Please please please :)
What should I do if you don't have money on my destination server right now?
Sometimes I am left with nothing on a particular server, but it is only temporary. I am transfering plat all the time, I may get plat on your destination server the next minute. Check back on our system whenever you can to see if we already have enough plat to help you on your transfer.
Can you add me to a waiting list then?
A waiting list is not fair, think of it like this: If I had a waiting list and lets say I had 30 people on it waiting for plat on your destination server. Do you think you would have a chance of getting plat there? You wouldn't. :(

Is there a meeting location for World of Warcraft?
No. There is a very nice mailing system on WoW. We are able to send and receive gold just by knowing your character name, server and side. Even if you are offline you will receive the mail message. If you aren't able to pickup immediatly there is no problem, as it will stay on your mailbox for days and days.
There are so many servers on WoW. What happens if you don't have funds on my destination Server / Side?
WoW is indeed a huge game, there are so many servers that it takes long to even count how many servers are there and each server does have two different sides. It is really hard, not to say impossible, to have gold on ALL servers and ALL sides, it is possible to have gold on most servers though. This is why we designed our system to allow everyone to create their transfer and send us the gold. Even if we don't have gold in stock at the moment we will keep the transfer active and as soon as we get enough gold on their destination the transfer will be completed.
Are you going to keep my gold with you? What happens if I want to cancel the transfer? Is there a way to get my gold back?
Obviously you can get your gold back. After 24 hours if your transfer isn't completed you are able to request your gold back at any moment, just by clicking on a button. The gold will be returned to your character anytime you want. But we recommend you to let us try to complete your transfer as long as possible because sooner or later we will get gold on your destination. By requesting the gold back the transfer will be cancelled and you will lose your place in the queue.
What is this "24 hours period"?
Some people transfer gold from stolen accounts and we are NOT going to support them in any way. This is why we have created this 24 hours period, this is enough time for blizzard to contact us about a stolen account. After 24 hours has passed the transfer will continue as normal, until then it will be "locked".
What should I do to avoid this "24 hours period"?
Having an account in good standing with us is enough to assure you won't have to wait any minute to get your transfer completed. If you are a registered member and if you have at least one successfull completed transfer this period won't apply for you.
I already delivered the gold. How do I know what is my transfer status now?
You can check your Transfer Status anytime by tracking your transfer, you will receive a link that sends you directly to the tracking page on your email. You can also get to the tracking page by typing your TransferID and Email on the "Transfers" page, the same page you used to create your transfer.
I want to move but I am not sure what server I want to go. How do I know what servers you have gold ready?
If you want to know where we have gold for an instant transfer, just contact us and ask where you would be able to go without having to wait for stock. We will be happy to provide a list of servers.
What if I accept to wait for 5% extra on my destination?
If you wait for the 5% extra, you will not be able to request your gold back. However, as soon as we receive gold on your destination, we will deliver the gold you have been waiting for with an extra 5%. It certainly pays to wait!
Is there a way to get my gold from Horde to Alliance or vice-versa on the same server?
Yes! If you want gold on a server and we do not have enough on your side, you can transfer to the opposite side and transfer the gold using the Booty Bay or the Gadgetzhan Auction house. Sell something cheap with your destination char and buy it with the char you got gold on the opposite side.
